I do like to keep a balance between going out all the time and staying in all the time - I definitely like being social, but also relish curling up with a good book with the dog at my feet. My dog's name (Satchmo) gives a hint at one of my great loves - jazz. Musically I have very eclectic taste. And movie-wise I definitely trend toward the classics and foreign films. He doesn't mind other dogs, and occasionally will really want to play with one, but he prefers people (he actually thinks he's a person). Unfortunately, he's had a tough time these past few years since he tore a ligament in his knee, and the surgery got botched and now it's lame. But he still loves to play and still has his puppyish side to him. And it's just an excuse for more treats, in his eyes! |
